Our Company

Gorick Construction Co., Inc. has been in business since 1945 as a full-service heavy highway and demolition contractor in Binghamton, New York.

Our founder, Alfred Gorick, returned home from serving in WWII under George Patton. He married Stephanie and they went to New Jersey on their honeymoon. They bought their first dump truck while on their honeymoon and Alfred drove the truck home and Stephanie followed him home in the car. This proved to be quite a way to start a marriage and a fantastic and noteworthy start of Gorick Construction. Alfred and Stephanie’s partnership created a wonderful legacy with Gorick Construction that continues today.

Gorick Construction went from a single dump truck to our modern-day use of top-of-the-line, equipment. We provide estimates with computerized modeling to help you with any design discrepancies. We now have a fleet of equipment to meet whatever construction needs you need in the areas of Demolition, Earthwork, Aggregate & Crushing, and Heavy Highway Construction .
