Site Raise and Earthwork Operations Johnson City NY
This project encompasses approximately 25 acres of the former BAE Systems property and requires the placement, grading, and compaction of approximately 160,000 cubic yards of imported fill material. Portions of the existing site will be raised approximately 5 to 6 feet, creating a properly graded and stabilized site ready to support future redevelopment.
NyPenn Trade Center Electric Lines
Our crew is continuing work on the Electric lines for the 1st and Main Renovations.
Binghamton State Street Parking Garage Demolition
Gorick Construction has been awarded the contract to demolish the former State Street Parking Garage in downtown Binghamton. This complex project includes the removal of a 7-level structure with multiple underground levels extending nearly 30 feet below street level.
We’re honored to help make way for the next chapter of downtown Binghamton’s redevelopment.
Johnson City High School Pool Demolition
Gorick began demolishing the Johnson City New York high school pool area in preparation for a state-of-the-art pool facility included in Phase 2 of the ‘Revitalize 2025’ capital project.
Niagara Bottling Facility
This has been a huge project many months in the making. From excavation and earthwork to the first precast concrete wall panels being erected. Our crews also installed the project’s underground storm, sanitary, water, and utility infrastructure.

Gorick removed the Quality Inn Hotel/Fuji San Restaurant in Vestal to make room for upcoming professional housing.

IBM Huron Campus Demo
Gorick Construction is excited to be part of big changes in Endicott, NY with the demolition of the IBM Huron Campus in Endicott.
Buffalo Perry Project
After 6 months of demolition our team was able to do “Whatever It Takes” to complete the demolition of 24 vacant apartment buildings known as the Commodore Perry Homes in Buffalo, New York. We were happy to partner with Haynes Construction on this project to revitalize the area.
Oakdale Commons Project

Owego Gardens Project
Multifamily complex and 8 townhouse homes development. Gorick’s scope of work included all site work including mass excavation and grading, 2500+ feet of Sanitary Main, Site Water Tie-Ins, Site Gas Excavation, Site Electric Excavation, Storm-Tech Subsurface Storm Management System, Site Storm & Drainage, Retaining Wall Installation, Foundation Excavation and Backfill, Installation of over 1700 Linear Feet of New Asphalt Roadway, Site Concrete, Asphalt Parking Lots and Site Restoration.
