“I just wanted to thank you for the great work Wayne’s crew did on the demolition at 140 Main St in Johnson City from January 10-12. This was the first demolition under Mary Ann and my responsibility and you guys did a terrific job. Wayne did a wonderful job of explaining what we should expect, what he and his crew would do, and the timelines for each. Everything went exactly as he had explained.
