Multifamily complex and 8 townhouse homes development. Gorick’s scope of work included all site work including mass excavation and grading, 2500+ feet of Sanitary Main, Site Water Tie-Ins, Site Gas Excavation, Site Electric Excavation, Storm-Tech Subsurface Storm Management System, Site Storm & Drainage, Retaining Wall Installation, Foundation Excavation and Backfill, Installation of over 1700 Linear Feet of New Asphalt Roadway, Site Concrete, Asphalt Parking Lots and Site Restoration. This Site is unique as it is surrounded by wetlands and the roadway runs through these wetlands to allow access to the new proposed housing.
