Oakdale Commons Project

Owego Gardens Project
Multifamily complex and 8 townhouse homes development. Gorick’s scope of work included all site work including mass excavation and grading, 2500+ feet of Sanitary Main, Site Water Tie-Ins, Site Gas Excavation, Site Electric Excavation, Storm-Tech Subsurface Storm Management System, Site Storm & Drainage, Retaining Wall Installation, Foundation Excavation and Backfill, Installation of over 1700 Linear Feet of New Asphalt Roadway, Site Concrete, Asphalt Parking Lots and Site Restoration.
Strong Memorial Hospital
Gorick Construction is proud to be a key member in the Strong Expansion Project with the demolition of several buildings at Strong Memorial Hospital on the University of Rochester Medical Center campus in Rochester, NY.

Gorick Construction is proud to be a key member in the demolition of an old manufacturing plant in Central New York.
FedEx Ground Project
Gorick Construction is proud to be a key member in the construction of a new distribution facility for FedEx Ground. This 49.6-acre project involves complete demolition of the former E.A. Link Building, over 300,000 cubic yards of site excavation, retaining walls and site utilities. Our GPS guided excavators and dozers will fine grade all gravel products supplied by our Kirkwood stone quarry. Starting in the Spring 2021, this project will keep our highly skilled-dedicated crew busy over the next two years.
Boscov’s Parking Garage
40 years, to be rebuilt! Gorick Construction starts Day 1 of Demolition bringing out our brand-new Caterpillar 352 UHD.
Ulster County Jail Project
Gorick was chosen to demolish what was previously known as the Ulster County Jail in Kingston, NY. This project is yet another that will bring new life to the area, and Gorick is proud to have been chosen to help Kingston get started on the next phase!
IBM Country Club Demolition Project
Gorick Construction was pleased to be a part of the IBM Country Club demolition, helping make way for new and incredible things in Johnson City, NY. The Country Club was a landmark in the area for many years, but it was left unusable after the flood in 2006.
Binghamton Airport Demolition Project
The Broome County Airport Maintenance Garage was in need of being demolished, so we stepped in to make it happen.
